At Topmark SACCO, Mr. Omosa provides visionary leadership anchored in accountability, transparency, and service to members. Under his stewardship, the SACCO is committed to strengthening a savings culture, expanding access to affordable credit, and ensuring quality customer service. His expertise in resource management and organizational development continues to inspire confidence and drive the SACCO’s mission of empowering members through inclusive financial solutions.

Adv. Samson Nyagaka

Respected Members, we appreciate your decision to join our cooperative family and welcome you to Topmark. As the Legal Officer, I'm dedicated to making sure that every aspect of our business operations complies with the laws and rules that control Sacco societies in Kenya, such as the SASRA guidelines, the Co-operative Societies Act, and the Sacco Societies Act.

Participating in a Sacco entails more than just membership; it also entails a dedication to the common ideals of financial empowerment, transparency, and mutual assistance. I urge every member to read our bylaws and code of conduct, be aware of their rights and obligations, and take an active part in the Sacco's decision-making procedures. My office is always here to help if you need clarification on any legal or compliance-related issues.

Mr. Washington Balewa

Mr. Washington Balewa is a seasoned administrator with extensive experience in coordinating organizational activities and fostering effective teamwork. Known for his strategic organizational skills, leadership, and commitment to excellence, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to streamline processes and ensure smooth execution of programs and events.

At Topmark SACCO, Mr. Balewa serves as the Organising Secretary, where he plays a pivotal role in planning, structuring, and coordinating the society’s meetings, events, and member activities. His dedication to order, transparency, and effective communication strengthens the unity of the SACCO and enhances member engagement. His expertise in organizational management continues to inspire confidence and contributes to the SACCO’s mission of empowering members through inclusive and well-coordinated financial solutions.

Director of Finance & Treasury,
CPA Dominic Nyabuto Otieno

With over 30 years of experience in the public sector finance, CPA Dominic Nyabuto serves as the Treasurer of Topmark SACCO. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (Finance), is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya, and a respected member of ICPAK. Dominic brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, auditing, and budgeting.

He has undergone specialized training in Public Finance Management for Senior Managers (PFMSM) at the University of Pretoria - South Africa, Senior Management Course (SMC) and Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) at the Kenya School of Government. His strong background ensures sound financial stewardship and transparent management of members’ resources at Topmark SACCO.

Adv. Peter Ogeto

Peter Ogeto is a distinguished Senior Advocate and Law Lecturer with over 30 years of legal practice. He brings a wealth of expertise in legal, ethical, and managerial skills, which he applies in his role as Director and Chair of the Credit Committee. His leadership is guided by the principles of integrity, professionalism, and service.

Anchored in the values of voluntarism, democracy, equality, and solidarity, he strongly upholds the vision of the cooperative movement as a driver of entrepreneurship, self-employment, and inclusive economic growth, fostering a just and sustainable society.

Ronald Nyaunga Mokua is an administrator and manager with immense experience . He's resilient, visionary and dedicated. Motivates team towards organizational goals through a combination of integrity, empathy and clear communication. Moves team towards a bigger vision and connect daily work to meaningful mission and enables team to see the "why" behind the "what".

CPA. Joseph Nyamora

CPA Joseph Nyamora is a Certified Public Accountant with MBA in Finance, Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), and wide experience in auditing, finance and accounting for the last 34 years having worked as a District Accountant in various districts, Director of Audit in Nakuru County Government, Chief Officer Finance and Economic Planning at County Government of Nakuru, and Director of Accounting (HAU) in various Government ministries in Nairobi.

He brings vast experience in financial management, auditing, and corporate governance having served as a council member for Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) for three years and Director of Finance (ATRI) at Kenya Nutrition and Dietetics Board (KNDI).

Agnes Morangi Momanyi Agnes Momanyi brings over 20 years of experience in public revenue management, having served the County Government of Nakuru since 1998. She holds a Diploma in Business Management from Methodist University and has completed the Senior Management Course at the Kenya School of Government. Beyond her professional career, Agnes is passionate about social work and actively engages in charitable initiatives.
